HALO LASER

The Sciton HALO is the world's first hybrid fractional laser, utilising a combination of ablative and non-ablative wavelengths to maximise results and minimise downtime. This new technology applies tuneable non-ablative (1470nm) and ablative (2940nm) wavelengths with Dynamic Thermal Optimisation to ensure a precise, safe treatment, ensuring effective results that improve the appearance of numerous skin conditions.

Halo Laser skin treatment provides unique benefits including:

  • Ability to treat pores using ablative and non-ablative wavelengths.

  • Results in just 1-2 treatments vs. 3-5 traditional resurfacing treatments

  • More comfortable than traditional fractional resurfacing

  • Faster healing time

What can I expect immediately after the treatment?

  • Downtime is 4-7 days depending on the skin condition and treatment settings

  • Redness, swelling and a sunburn sensation will be noticeable in the treatment area for a few days

  • Pinpoint bleeding may occur, which will subside within 1-2 days after the treatment without any intervention

How many treatments do I require?

You can have two deeper treatments or  have multiple treatments that are less aggressive and achieve a similar goal over a longer period of time.
