for concerns of facial fat
NOTE: Due to Therapeutic Goods Administration’s (TGA) medical regulation rule changes, we are not allowed to make any reference to specific S4 prescription services or refer to use the brand names, drug names, and ingredients to promote scheduled S4 prescription drugs. We are not allowed to discuss prices or show before and after photos for these trements, unless in consultation. If you are interested please call one of the clinics for a thorough consultation. We provide consultations at our Sydney clinics for suitable options that may address your concerns about your facial fat. We are in the rooms of Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in Bondi, Lane Cove, Pyrmont, Miranda and Kogarah. A double chin occurs when there is an accumulation or a pocket of fat exists creating a fullness, heavier and undefined jawline and chin.
This is usually due to genetics and the natural ageing process. It may appear as a result of weight change. However, this unwanted fat volume is usually not going to go away, no matter how much you diet or exercise. It usually has little impact. It has a tendency to stay even after weight loss.

This is a common concern that both men and women feel is undesirable.
Until recent there was not many options to remove the double chin besides going under surgery and having a Neck lift or Liposuction. We offer all options surgical and non-surgical. However, we cannot discuss without a thorough consultation where we will check suitability, discuss all options, benefits, procedures, preparation, risks, side effects, costs, recovery and aftercare.

Treatments cost?
TGA prohibits giving costs prior to any thorough consultation.
The total cost of the treatment may vary from client to client. This is because we customise a treatment plan at consultation to check your individual suitability and the varying needs of every client. There are several factors that you need to consider when getting a cost of your treatment. You should consider all treatment options and any cost involved for maintenance of your treatment options.

During your initial consultation with Marilyn Cassetta or Ginelle Kelly at our Sydney Clinics, we will give you a detailed, honest breakdown of the total costs associated with your treatment. Costs are charged by what is required for you. Treatment is payable at the end of each treatment. Cosmetic procedures are not covered by medicare or health fund. There are no refunds on treatments performed. You have the right to refuse treatment at any time. Treatments that do not go ahead will only be charged a consult fee. Treatments started will be charged as discussed. A thorough consult will be required or if you require a different treatment plan.
Before and After - Patient Results at 2 weeks
Before and after photos can only be viewed within your consultation, once we decide what treatment options are best for you. This is a new medical regulation from TGA and APHRA.
