EPIBLADING

Also called Dermablading or Dermaplaning

Epiblading is a type of exfoliation that involves the physical removal of epidermal skin cells and villous facial hair (peach fuzz) that often causes excess dirt and excess oil build up, using a special surgical scalpel at a designed angle. This is often followed by an Enzyme Peel and Vitamin mask. This treatment will also stimulate and rejuvenate the skin tissue, providing a non-chemical alternative to reducing acne scarring, uneven pigmentation and fine wrinkles.

Epiblading is designed to immediately reveal new, fresh cells in order to give the skin a smoother, more radiant appearance. With no downtime and pain free.

What skin conditions can be treated with Epiblading?

  • Dullness

  • Fine lines and wrinkles

  • Acne scarring

  • Uneven texture

  • Remove facial hair

  • Perfect during pregnancy

What can I expect immediately after the treatment?

The skin may have a slightly flushed appearance that could last up to 24 hours but will look brighter and feel smooth and supple. Skincare will penetrate deeper, and skin will have an overall glow. It is perfect treatment before an event. Return to work immediately and make-up can be worn.

Is it safe?

Slight nicks can rarely occur in the skin, which heal & is why we don't recommend this treatment for people with acne.

Sensitive skins can feel red or irritated for a few days-week. Make-up can hide any redness the neck day.

Despite what many think, hair re-growth that is darker or thicker is not a risk of Epiblading. This is because the hair on the face that Epiblading targets is vellus hair, not terminal hair.
